These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of evrangelab.com (the “Site”), operated by EVRangeLab (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The service

EVRangeLab provides a free online tool that converts electric-vehicle driving range between testing standards (EPA, WLTP, NEDC, CLTC), together with related informational articles. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

Accuracy and no guarantee

The conversion ratios used by the tool are statistical estimates based on average differences across many production vehicles. They are not exact and do not represent any specific vehicle’s official rating. Real-world range depends on temperature, speed, terrain, load and driving style. Use the results for comparison and guidance, not as a guarantee, and always confirm official figures with the manufacturer before making decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or using it in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, code and other content are owned by EVRangeLab or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or present the tool as your own without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVRangeLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Site’s output. The Site is a free informational tool and is used at your own risk.
